· We will begin learning the pre-primer
Dolch sight words, which are words that need to be memorized and for the most
part can’t be sound out. It is
important to practice these words as they appear in the sound book, because
these words are important for reading.
· Please practice the sound book on a
regular basis. At this point, your child
should be able to identify and sound out the letters A-K.
· Please send another colouring book
with your child’s name so they can keep it in their cubby.
· On Friday, I videoed the kids dancing
to a song. They were amazing!!! If you want me to send you the clip you can
write your cell number for me and I can message it to you.
